The state of the nation is becoming a thing to worry about .the BAYELSAN flag,coat of arms and state anthem.. Is it legal.well thats the a question for law makers to answere.
Before now westeren and northern states of Nigeria had their flags,state anthem etc.
but the issues that arises from the niGERDELTA state is that it will threaten the unity of this country called nigeria. The political commentators sometimes think through the nose.
take the BIAFRAN FLAG FOR EXAMPLE.THAT WAS BANNED FROM THE PUblic.was that ban legal.
well its time to revisit the part of the constititution that talks about the issue.for i dont see any threats by hosting of state flags to unite the state or even region as the case may be
.FLYING OF THE BIAFRAN FLAG IS UNITING THE SOUTHEASTERN REGION OF THE NATION
